Fee Arrangements

  For clients who desire outside general counsel services on an as-needed basis, Berke Law Group charges hourly rates that are lower than rates charged by other law firms.

For project-based services, Berke Law Group will negotiate a pre-determined fixed fee based on the estimated time the project will take to complete.

  For clients who want an attorney on retainer, Berke Law Group will enter into  weekly or monthly retainer agreements that fit your budget, providing you with the security of having an attorney on-call  at a reduced cost.

Berke Law Group will incorporate your new company, provide you with a stock option plan to compensate and incentivize your current and future employees, provide you with all the forms you’ll need to hire employees or engage independent contractors and guide you through your initial seed financing round.

  If you don’t need the full suite of services that come with our Start-Up Package, for a low fixed fee competitive with the online services out there, you can have an experienced Berke Law Group attorney handle the incorporation or formation of your new corporation, LLC or other entity.

Under certain circumstances, Berke Law Group will provide services on a contingency or hybrid hourly/contingency fee arrangement. Contact us for more information.
